CIAS Craft Cider Work Featured in Grow Magazine

CIAS is working with Wisconsin cider businesses to assess and address the needs and challenges of the state’s burgeoning cider industry. Together we have been working to help rediscover and rebuild some of the cider knowledge that was lost in the past, including information about which trees grow well in the state and what their apples taste like in cider form.
