Registration is now open for the 37th Marbleseed Organic Farming Conference.

The annual event—which is among the largest and established organic agriculture conferences in
the U.S..—will meet from February 26-28, 2026, in La Crosse, WI.

With an emphasis on diversified farming and farming practices in the Upper Midwest, the event convenes growers, researchers, agriculture professionals and people interested in building a sustainable food system.

As a Marbleseed sponsor, the Center for Integrated Agricultural Systems will host a table featuring their research initiatives and contributions to the organic farming sector. 

This year’s theme is Abundance Grows in Solidarity. Lori Stern, Marbleseed’s executive director, says, “We want to highlight our belief that as a community of farmers, we have what we need. The conference has always been an amazing gathering of knowledge and resource sharing between farmers and with the professionals that support them through research, education, and business planning. This year we acknowledge the feelings of scarcity that are so prevalent, making our gathering an intentional space of mutual care and affirmation that we can provide for each other if we stand together.”

Featured speakers include Luke Zahm, chef and host of Wisconsin Foodie; Regi Haslett- Marroquin, founder of the Regenerative Agriculture Alliance; Austin Frerick, food policy expert and author of Barons; and Zach Ducheneaux, rancher and former administrator of the USDA Farm Service Agency.
