From 2010 to 2014, CIAS collaborated with the Center for Freight Infrastructure Research and Education at the University of Wisconsin College of Engineering. This rich collaboration was an opportunity to build understanding between transportation engineers and food system researchers and begin our exploration of supply chain infrastructure for wholesale perishable foods.
